Linda’s health check and healthy lifestyle consultation is inclusive in any personal training package, and can also be booked as a stand-alone service if you just need to kick-start your own healthy regime.
The 90 minute consultation gives a general overview of your current health and fitness level through a series of simple, non-invasive tests. It will help you focus on areas you need to improve, and includes advice on how you can do this.
Conduct a lifestyle review, discussing with you your:
- Normal diet
- Activity levels
- Daily routine
- Home/work life
- Stress levels
- Sleep patterns
- Barriers or constraints to making change
Work with you through some simple exercises, focusing on identified goals
Provide you with follow-up material to help you continue your journey
Test your current health, fitness and flexibility to help set objectives for improvement including:
- Blood pressure
- Height and weight
- Body mass index
- Metabloism rate
- Visceral fat rating
- Body fat percentage
- Lung Function
Offer advice on nutrition and exercise that will have most benefit, while still fitting into your life
